Info and Policies


You can make your booking personally, over the phone, by email or on our website through the online booking system. A 50% booking deposit is required to secure all bookings 60 minutes or over. This can be paid over the phone or in person at the salon. At the time of the booking please tell us if you have any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We employ the very best therapists and we invest a great deal in further educating them. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate the introduction of our new Booking and Cancellation policy.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited or gift voucher being fully redeemed. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot.


Free parking is available right outside our door! There is, however, a 2 hour parking limit. If your treatment goes for longer than 2 hours, please park in the upstairs carpark which has a 4 hour time limit. Parking infringements are being issued at the Waterford Plaza. There are also disabled bays available and should only be used by those with a valid ID.
Before your first appointment please allow time to find us and parking. We can not take responsibility if you are late or can not find a parking spot in time.


We will certainly do the best we can in making your experience a wonderful one, but in the event you arrive late, please understand we don’t like to keep our clients waiting, so your treatment will be adjusted accordingly to ensure we finish at the required time, so if possible, try to arrive 5 minutes early.

Clients with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their Doctor prior to your visit. Please inform your therapist of your medical condition or medications being taken as some services may not be suitable. If you are unwell, suffering from infections or are intoxicated, you will not be permitted to have the treatment done. If you arrive unwell and we can’t proceed with your treatment, our cancellation policy applies.

Whilst in the salon, please switch your mobile phones off or onto silent, so everyone can enjoy their treatment!

Our Treatments

Treatments are suitable for women, men and teenagers. Not all treatments are suitable for pregnant woman, please ask our friendly staff about the details and pregnancy safe options. Treatments are not recommended in the first trimester.
Male guests, please shave on the day of your facial treatments. Underwear must be worn for all treatments but we will provide disposable underwear if needed.

If you do arrive late for your appointment, the time of your treatment will be reduced in order to accommodate an on-time start for our next guest.


We try to keep our website and price lists up to date, however the management has the right to change any prices without notice.


Although we love children, we do ask that they are supervised at all times as we do not offer any crèche services to keep them occupied. For treatments over 30 minutes we do request alternative arrangements are made. Hot wax, treatment machines and beauty tools can be very dangerous for children.

Gift Vouchers and YSB members

Gift vouchers can be made, and given to you in person at the salon. Gift voucher orders received within business hours are usually posted out the same day, between 9am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend appointments will result in gift vouchers becoming void or have the value of the cancelled treatment deducted. The gift voucher number must be provided at the time of booking. Gift vouchers will expire 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise written. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase products or used in conjunction with special offers, birthday vouchers or discounts. No refunds or monetary returns will be given. You Skin and Body will not be liable for any gift vouchers lost, stolen or damaged.
Your birthday text message must be shown at the time of your treatment and be valid. Your birthday message can only be used once and cannot be used with any other discounts, gift vouchers or towards product.

Consultation & Privacy

Before your first treatment, a consultation form must be completed and signed. Please disclose any medical condition, injuries and prescription medication you are taking. Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. All the conversations and information of your consultation form will remain confidential
